Vintage Advertising - Promotional Glass Milk Bottles in a Wire Basket Carrier

A wonderful collectors item, this metal "Corona" wire carrier contains six glass milk bottles.
Each bottle showcases a different advertisement, including a Post Office "Pass on your postcode" promotional bottle, Knorr bread sauce bottle, Cadbury drinking chocolate advertisement, "Eggs are smashing for breakfast" and a Panteg Cwmbran dairy milk.
These would have been delivered full of milk and straight to people doors during the mid to late 20th century by the milkman as an advertisement for the varying brands and products.
Perfect for display, adding character to a kitchen or as part of a collection of other advertising items.
The bottles have detail, colour and some with detail pictorial images - perfect for creating that rustic farmhouse or retro decor.
