Vintage Advertising - California Raisins Sun-Maid Money Box / Coin Storage Bank

A retro and collectable piece of advertising memorabilia, this money box was designed to securely hold coins while advertising the well recognised raisin product.

The box features a raisin character whom is wearing orange sunglasses, white cloves and red trainers. The figure is leaning against a classic box of the Sun-Maid California Raisins box which is on a yellow base.

The coin slot is found at the top of the raisin box element and a coin stopper is on the bottom of the base.

The base reads the information on the company, manufacturer and year - produced in 1987 by Applause.

A novelty, collectable promotional item that would have been cherished by users through the years - securely storing loose change.

A great display piece in a retro style kitchen, cafe, children's bedroom or vintage interior. Also a lovely collectors item for anyone interested in advertising pieces and money boxes.
