Rare Antique 18th Century Mortgage Land Deed from 1765 / George III Portsmouth

Circa 1765

A super rare and historical mortgage deed.
Handwritten on vellum paper with wax seal.

The deed is for Orange Row, at Portsea (Portsmouth)
This area is now part of the renowned dockland.
Orange Row - Likely named after William of Orange.
The deed is for what appears to be the entire street including all land & houses at a cost of £400 spread over a whopping 1000 years!
Dated August 22nd 1765 to what appears to be a Mr Francis Cox.

A wonderful piece of history. Needs a bit of research to find out exactly what the deed is for.
