Antique Wooden Tabletop Walnut & Ebonised Stationery Cabinet Writing Box c.1900
Circa 1900
This beautiful turn of the century antique writing box that dates back to the early 1900s.
The box displays in the most desirable aged patina and colour all over with contracting ebonised detailing.
The correspondence box is fitted with a leather writing surface that pulls out from the underside of the base.
With fitted brass hardware, two glass inkwells and glass water bowl.
The lift up lid opens to reveal a compartmental letter & paper rack.
In general just a nice small sized example of an antique writing box.
