Antique Wooden Order of Buffaloes Lectern / Book Stand – Rich in History & Character

Step into a piece of fraternal history with this antique wooden lectern, once proudly used by the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes (RAOB). This beautifully aged book stand carries the dignity and tradition of countless ceremonial gatherings, making it a unique centerpiece for collectors, historians, or anyone drawn to rare Masonic or fraternal order memorabilia. This was salvaged from a lodge along with a notice board that we also have for sale.

Crafted from solid wood, the lectern showcases ornate carved detailing, beautifully highlighted by a backdrop of deep purple velvet, symbolizing dignity, mystery, and ceremony. The slanted top, ideal for holding books, speeches, or laptops, is also lined in the same rich velvet, providing both a luxurious look and a protective surface.

Whether displayed in a study, lodge, library, or office, this piece commands attention and admiration. Its timeworn varnished patina tells a story of loyal service, while its decorative elements offer a timeless visual appeal.
