Antique Wooden Oak Large Bookcase Display Cabinet With Glazed Doors Mid Century
A wonderful mid to early 20th century oak bookcase cabinet.
Marked to the back in pen Courtaulds along with an item reference number.
Courtaulds was a UK based manufacture of textiles, and chemicals that was founded in 1794.
It is likely this was used within part of one of their buildings over the years - It has that mid century science lab style appeal
Oak framed with a pair of hinged glazed doors and matching handles.
Nice slim size at just 30cm in depth to not overpower a smaller spaced room.
Also makes a great sideboard unit with a flat top, ideal for small ornaments or tabletop lamps to be placed.
Would be ideal as a tv / media unit stand too.
