Circa 1900 

A charming antique long-arm candle snuffer and lighter. 
A long oak handle leads to the brass snuffer with the lighting wick material still attached too. 

This would have been used within a church setting to light and extinguish the candles that are out of reach.

Now makes for a great interior design piece - Looks great wall hung and could easily still be used.
