A wonderful late 19th century apothecary chest of drawers.
This unit would have been used in a Victorian chemists - Sat counter top for the dispenser to collect and make up medicines and ointments from.
These are now highly collectable and sought after interior design pieces.
Mahogany fronted drawers with a stained pine top - This is likely a later added top.
This example is beautifully aged ands retains 15 of the original glass labels and 29 original glass pull handles out of the 30 drawers.
One handle is a later glass replacement.
A real statement piece for your home whilst making a practical storage unit.
