An early 20th-century large sized tabletop solid oak wooden chest of drawers / work box.
The box features a lift up top lid which acts as a workspace or display area along with multiple pull out drawers in differing sizes. The lower drawers are bigger in size and the upper six are smaller. All the drawers feature the original matching brass pull knob handles.
Some drawers are fitted with milk glass bases which often suggest this would have been used to store medical supplies originally, likely for a dentist. The glass meant drawers were easily cleanable for sanitation.
Would now make for a great tool storage cabinet box and ideal for keeping in garages, workshops or a man cave for keeping small tools and equipments.
Good for storing small household items, stationery, sewing supplies or workshop parts. The size makes it ideal for use on a desk, dresser, sideboard or workbench.
