Antique Tabletop / Bar Top Ringtoss Shooting Parlour Game / Working Order c.1910
A lovely early 20th century parlour game, This ringtoss game features a wooden bade, spring loaded cannon and metal surround.
Players shoot brass rings from the metal cannon in an aim to hook them onto the pins located in the green area. The metal surround stops the rings from shooting out of range, and is decorated with floral image on the back and decorative stud work along the top and bottom. Each hook has a number which corresponds to a score, the player with the highest score wins.
Games like this were often found upon a bar top or within a social setting. Sometimes, these were also found within homes and would bring hours of entertainment and fun for the whole family.
Perfect displayed in any games room, office, study or collection of vintage toys and games.
