A hardshell carry suitcase with leather look that features a collection of mid 20th century travel and promotional advertising stickers and transit labels.
The case features a traditional structured form with reinforced edges and secure metal fittings / clasp close, designed to withstand regular travel while keeping clothing and personal belongings protected. The case also has its original carry handle.
Highly decorative, this can is adorned with various nostalgic stickers relating to different brands and companies including Lotus, ESSO and Shell (to just name a few!). The carry handle also has a collection of cabin bag labels which show different travel paths and users of the case - bringing a lovely piece of social history to the piece. They all appears to show the same owner of a Mr Hugh Mitchell
Will make a fantastic decorative piece for a vintage interior, film or theatre prop, shop display or for collectors of classic travel luggage. Would look great in a vintage car too for those summer drives and show days.
