Large free-standing sized cabinet.
The top drawer has an inlaid plaque from when it was gifted in 1881.
The plaque inscription reads:
'Reverend W. Mary Chapman'
'From the Communicant Association, Christ Church, Clifton, May 1881'.
This really adds to the character of the piece and would be a great little research project to find out a little more about its history.
The piece is testament to the craftsmanship of the late 19th century and clearly designed for those who appreciate the grandeur of the Victorian style, it promises to be a remarkable addition to any collection or as a standalone statement piece.
The cabinet comes complete with key, working lock and key tassel as pictured.

Condition - Very good.
Sturdy and useable for many years to come.
The drawers are all lined with a blue paper / card base. Some of these have staining.
