Antique London City Missionary Society Collection Money Box Missions to Men 1965
A charming 20th century Missionary society box designed to collect coins for the "London City Mission to men: Personal Evangelism Among London's Workers".
Interesting imagery throughout the box including an aerial view of London, people discussing the mission on a doorstep and a row of Missionary staff with the wording "£1,500 needed weekly to maintain nearly 200 Gospel workers" to the side of the image.
Originally would have been used in a church or social setting for donations.
Now make great collectors pieces - looks great when you have several of them all with different designs displayed together.
