Antique Kargo Golf Playing Card Game / Complete Set / Castell Brothers c.1930

A complete set of the vintage card game Kargo (also known as Card Golf) published by Castell Brothers Ltd. under the Pepys Stationery brand.

Found in the original box, the complete pack of 53 cards feature golf themed illustrations such as "Mashie" and "Niblick". The instruction leaflet is also included. 

"Kargo" Card Golf simulates a round of golf where players play specific club or event cards to advance. Each card features different values or actions, such as a "Mashie" to recover from the rough or a "Lost Ball" that penalizes your progress. The primary objective is to complete the designated number of holes in the fewest total strokes possible, just like in real golf.
