Antique Glass Bottle Hip Flask Pair in Original Leather Travel Case c.1930

A charming travelling spirit set which includes a pair of clear glass flasks, each retaining its original screw cap and stopper, housed within the original leather travel case.
The bottles both have a flat surface on one side so they sit back to back within the cylinder shape leather case. The case is secured close with the strap and buckle fastening.
Designed for carrying spirits or liquor while travelling, hunting, shooting, fishing or attending outdoor sporting events, these compact flask sets were both practical and stylish accessories.
The leather case has a lovely patina and protects the flasks while making the set ideal for display or collection.
A wonderful Edwardian travelling item, perfect for collectors of antique barware, glassware or leather goods.

Condition: Nice antique order. One lid has a small dent, still perfectly useable. Case in nice order with minor age and use related wear as to be expected.
