A charming French pine and frosted glass-fronted cabinet, dating from approximately 1900 and displaying wonderful period character throughout.
The simplicity of the design, combined with the naturally aged timber and warm patina, gives the piece an authentic rustic French appearance.
Originally a practical storage or display piece, it now offers a variety of decorative and functional uses. It would be ideal for displaying for entrance hall way storage or for an office, bedroom, bathroom, etc. The cabinet sits tabletop but with the addition of some wall brackets, I'm sure it could go on the wall if required.
It would sit particularly well within a country house, farmhouse, rustic, traditional or French-inspired interior.
