A Victorian green leather jewellery box by Finnigans. Finnigans was founded in 1830 by Brian Finnigan and was a British luxury department store and manufacturer producing, luggage, trunks, bags, fashion and jewellery / silverware.
The box comes with a lift out storage tray try to provide upper and lower level storage compartments. The tray is sectioned off into a variety of different storage compartments and styles, making it perfect for holding a variety of items, jewellery and treasures.
The box also features a bank slip on the underside where a previous owner deposited this jewellery box into safe storage at the Martins Bank Ltd in London.
Will look fantastic in a cabinet on display or on top of a dressing or side table acting as it was intended as a usable storage box.

Condition: Good useable condition. No key. Minor leather surface scuffs and wear typical of age.
