An Arts & Crafts stick and umbrella stand, dating to around circa 1930, crafted from solid oak.
The stand displays the simple craftsmanship and functional design typical of the Arts & Crafts movement which features turned spindle supports and carved arch elements to the sides, adding decorative detail. The warm oak grain and aged patina enhance its traditional character.
At the base is the metal drip tray, designed to catch water from umbrellas or walking sticks, making the stand both practical and decorative for use in a hallway or entrance.
The top of the stand is sectioned into three, providing organised storage.
