A beautiful traditional Edwardian mahogany pedestal display cabinet, dating to circa 1910, complete with its key.
This elegant early 20th-century display cabinet is made from mahogany and features decorative inlaid detailing, typical of the furniture produced during the Edwardian period. The warm colour of the mahogany, delicate inlay and good sized small proportions give the cabinet a particularly sophisticated appearance.
Designed in a tall pedestal form, the cabinet features a glazed front & sides, providing an attractive way to showcase treasured collections whilst keeping them protected. A storage drawer is situated to the top of the unit to provide a little extra storage space for small bits and pieces.
Its slender proportions make it especially useful where floor space is limited, whilst still providing an impressive decorative presence.
The cabinet is supplied with its key, allowing the glazed door to be secured and adding to the completeness and desirability of the piece.
