Antique Early 20th Century Leather Bound Sketch Book / Album / Artists Drawings
A stunning early 20th century keepsake sketchbook album.
Presented to a Miss Elise Hall in 1913.
As a gift from the Townfield congregational church in Oldham, England on Miss Hall's departure to the United States in 1913.
The album has been signed by members of her church, friends and family.
Along with a photograph of the church choir in 1913 & hand drawn sketches and a later English newspaper cutting about the church which must have been sent to her by a friend.
A great item for any researcher - Would be great for someone to go through the National archives to find out more about Miss Hall and the people who have signed her album. The Townfield congregational church should have published records too.
The album is hardback and green leather bound.
