A desktop paper / photography guillotine cutter with the makers mark "Jay-Nay". The central branded logo shows this is a J. & A. Wilkinson photography paper guillotine, manufactured in Manchester during the early to mid 1900's.
The piece features a wooden bas board and lift up metal blade with turned wooden handle. It has the rulered edge offering accuracy when cutting.
Used in offices, stationery shops, craft rooms or other workspaces - now a great item to sit tabletop and used as intended. Great in an office, study or hobby room.
