Antique Complete Parlour Game Wooden Skittles Bowling Set in Original Box c.1930

A lovely classic parlour game, this skittles and bowling set would have served as an entertaining game to family and friends throughout the early to mid part of the 20th century.
Popular of this time, the skittles and two bowling balls are found in their original cardboard box. The box is illustrated on the lid with an image of the skittles lined up with the bowls hurtling towards them - the front skittle being hit by one of the balls and falling over. The box is an overall colour of deep blue with complimenting green used on the lid.
Inside are nine wooden turned pins, with red painted tops an stripes. The game also includes two matching wooden balls.
The game is a fantastic collectors item or display piece in a retro, vintage inspired interior. Would also look great in a vintage inspired toy shop or as a prop in a film or show.
The set is complete and within the original box.

Condition: Complete good order with some typical age related wear and marks to the box.
