Antique Collection Box For Dr Barnardo Homes c.1950 / Offering / Money Box
A charming rare 20th century collection box.
Originally would have been used in a retail or public building setting to collect money for Barnardo Homes.
It would have been made by Barnardo Homes and handed out to a local shop or church to sit countertop for small coins to be placed inside.
A label on the bottom would then be used to contact the person responsible to collect the full box.
A great collectors piece - Look great when you have several of them all with different designs displayed together.
