A highly decorative wall mounted mirror.
The oval shaped mirror features a doubled armed brass candle holder sconce which would have been favoured during the time period, providing light and enabling the user to see their reflection. The ornate frame features decorative brass scrollwork detailing on a bric lined backboard and has a central oval mirror.
Perfect for adding charm and character to any interior, this would look great in an entrance hall, porch, reception room or bedroom.
A lovely collectors piece for anyone who favours antique brassware or mirrors. Would look great in a hospitality setting or used as a prop in shows and theatre. Easily wall mounted with the existing round hook on the back.

Condition: Mirror in good order with no chips or cracks. The felt backboard is the original so does have some sun / fade wear typical of age.
