Antique Bank of Victorian Mahogany Stained Pine Apothecary Chemist Shop Drawers
Circa 1890
A wonderful late 19th century apothecary chest of drawers.
This unit would have been used in a Victorian chemists - Sat counter top for the dispenser to collect and make up medicines and ointments from.
These are now highly collectable and sought after interior design pieces.
Mahogany fronted drawers with a stained pine surround.
This example is beautifully aged and retains all 8 of the original glass labels and all matching glass pull handles.
A real statement piece for your home whilst making a practical storage unit.
Can also be wall hung with the later added mounts.

Drawers open and close smoothly,
A couple of glass labels with age related wear.
Later added back to the cabinet.
These were typically part of a larger chest that has been broken down to make it more suited from domestic space.
