Antique Arts & Crafts Beaten Copper Fire Screen Shield Wrought Iron Frame c.1900

An Arts and Crafts beaten copper and armorial fire screen, the shield embossed with a heraldic crest.

Circa 1900

There is a turned copper bar in the centre of a top carry handle for easy transportation. 

The wrought iron surround of the shield is ornamented with copper ball studs.

A stunning piece to sit besides a log burner or open fire to really give it that exceptional look.

Condition - Good. It has had new screws fitted to hold the screen on the frame to ensure it is nice and sturdy.
