Antique Advertising World Famous Smith's Potato Crisp Food Tin c1950 Kitchenalia

Mid 20th Century advertising.

A great example of British advertising confectionary history is this Smith’s Potato Crisps advertising tin, dating from approximately the 1920s - 1950s. A piece of mid century retail heritage, this tin would have been used as an eye-catching way for storing and serving crisps.

Finished in a rich dark blue with bright yellow and red bold detailing and typography, the design features the iconic Smith’s diamond logo along with a list of factory locations across the UK - adding both visual appeal and historical interest.

Produced by Smith’s Potato Crisps Ltd., founded in 1920 in Cricklewood, London, this tin represents one of Britain’s earliest and most recognisable crisp brands.

Ideal for collectors of advertising memorabilia or someone looking to create a vintage kitchen interior , this piece makes a striking display item in cafés, kitchens or retail spaces.

Dimensions: 15.5cm x 11cm x Height 8cm
