Antique Advertising - Wooden & Glazed Fly Fishing Materials Shop Display Cabinet

A beautifully preserved antique very large fly fishing shop display cabinet, originally used to showcase fly tying materials such as hooks, feathers, threads and other essentials for crafting fishing flies.
This early 20th-century tabletop display would have sat countertop in a fishing or sporting shop and features a rich wooden mahogany frame with a slanted glass top, allowing customers to view the neatly organised materials within.
The front of the case proudly displays "FLY TYING MATERIALS" in bold black lettering on a cream background, a striking example of period advertising typography. The back of the cabinet is made up of a selection of storage drawers with brass campaign handles.
Inside, the case is divided into multiple compartments of various sizes, perfectly designed for small items, with a green felt centre section adding visual contrast and charm. To the rear of the cabinet is 6 drawers for further storage.
