This antique Player’s Navy Cut Cigarettes framed mirror is a great tabletop or wall hanging display, showcasing the iconic brand in classic style.

Perfect for collectors of tobacco memorabilia, antique mirrors or retro advertising, this piece makes a standout addition to any bar, study or display cabinet. 

The top reads "Player's Please" which is an iconic and well recognised brand advertising statement. In the bottom corner is the sailor figure inside a life saving ring with the words "Player's Navy Cut Cigarettes" surrounding. The detailed pictorial image adds a lovely piece of character and makes it a stand out piece. 

This piece would have either been displayed in a convenience store, shop, pub or bar promoting the tobacco item that was for sale. Player’s Navy Cut Cigarettes, made by John Player & Sons (founded 1877, Nottingham, England), were marketed to young, stylish men in the early 20th century. Their iconic advertising made them a standout collectible and a piece of tobacco history.

Perfect displayed in a cabinet, man cave or garage this is great collectors piece. Stands freely tabletop with the metal stand to the rear or can be wall hung too on the hook.

Condition: Good order with some tarnish spots. Age and use related wear.
