A beautiful antique sectional bookcase cabinet, combining practical storage with craftsmanship and design.
Manufactured by Minty of Oxford.
This impressive piece features leaded glass fronted bookcase sections, ideal for displaying and protecting books, collectibles and decorative items.
The bookcase also features a central drop front writing bureau, which opens to reveal a thoughtfully designed interior fitted with stationery compartments, pigeon-hole storage sections and cubbies for organising stationery objects and writing accessories.
Constructed from attractive golden oak, the cabinet showcases the quality and functionality for which Minty furniture is well recognised for. The sectional design offers both versatility and visual appeal, making it an excellent addition to a study, home office, library or period interior.
The cabinet has a working lock and key to provide secure storage and the makers mark on the inside of the door reading "Minty Limited Library Specialists, Oxford".

Condition: Very nice antique order. Glass in good order with no chips or cracks. Breaks down into sections for easier movement. Stands freely with no wobbles. Minor surface scuffs. No major damages. The leather writing surface is in nice order with just one minor imperfection (please see last image).
