A turn of the century miniature height adjustable wooden piano stool
Most likely made by a young apprentice showing off their furniture making skills to the workshops owner.
It is too big to be a dolls house example and I'm fairly sure too small to be a child's stool.
This fantastic item could also have been taken around to furniture shops and prospect clients to show them an example of what they have for sale.
A lovely item for any miniature furniture collector.
