An original rare Vulfix Service shaving brush point of sale stand. A contrasting off white colour of four faces in profile view compliments the red Vulfix Service writing. Please note, brushes are not original Vulfix brushes and have been added at a later date. These vary in material and age. One is 1930s bakelite, one is wooden with the military broad arrow mark and the two others are more modern.
Vulfix is a British company famously known for creating high quality shaving brushes, particularly badger hair brushes. The company was founded in the late 1800's with the name 'Vulfix Old Original Shaving Brush Company' and was then further established in 1954 when it was relocated to the Isle of Man and still remains, more commonly known now as Progress Shaving Brush (Vulfix). The company is renowned for its hand-crafted shaving products and accessories.
This item would look great in a bathroom to add character to a home or displayed in a hairdressers or barbers.
