A highly decorative late 19th century notebook paper holder / blotter.
Manufactured from a black lacquered papier mache or wood cover with leather spine.
With applied brass decorative hardware.
A really nice collectors piece, perfect to add that antique charm to any desktop.
Lots of unused paper still inside.
